The architecture of the tech campus, situated outside the city limits, is designed to cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and creativity among employees. Like medieval tent, the distinctive roofs of the buildings create a cohesive sense of place on the campus’s periphery and give a unique domestic character to the interior workspaces. At the core of the campus’s layout are open courtyards, which are integrated to create inviting and communal spaces, breaking the monotony of the mat into digestible fragments that weave around these outdoor spaces. These courtyards serve as vibrant gathering spots where employees can come together to exchange ideas, engage in formal and informal discussions, and pragmatically bring fresh cross-ventilated air into almost every space of the campus.

By optimizing natural light, the roofs reduce reliance on artificial lighting, fostering an energizing work environment. Additionally, they are engineered to facilitate rainwater collection, promoting sustainability and minimizing the campus's environmental footprint. The combination of traditional office spaces and open courtyards cultivates a dynamic environment that is conducive to technological innovation and teamwork. Employees have the flexibility to choose from a variety of work environments—ranging from private offices for focused tasks to open areas designed for brainstorming sessions. This diversity in work settings is intentionally created to enrich their daily routine and cater to different working styles. The mat condition of the building unifies departments, but the courtyards allow for differentiation within unity. In this way, the variety of different departments within the company can retain a sense of autonomy yet feel encouraged to collaborate and interact across different disciplines.
